I am very pleased with the replacement handles that I received last week. I purchased my briefcase in Florence in 2007 and have received many compliments for it. Unfortunately the original handle wore out in less than two years and at the time you did not ship to the US. I am very happy this policy has changed and look forward to perhaps purchasing more products from your website in the future. Thank you, Benny
