The website is not state-of-the-art. In fact, providing feedback was not straight forward. When I tried to purchase, it was impossible to find an information how long the shipment form Italy to Germany would take (I wanted it as a Christmas present such that this was relevant). Shipment information - in generally - were sub-standard. This almost prevented me from buying, but I called a person that gave me the information. There is no FAQ and the display of products in not intuitive. The product is great and my girlfriend loves the bag and delivery worked fine.
